Todd Antz cover Todd Antz is the organizer of the Keg Liquors Fest of Ale at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Parish in Clarksville, Ind., an annual celebration of all that craft brewing has to offer in a popular tastings event. More than 100 breweries are represented. All proceeds from the festival go to the WHAS Crusade For Children, which benefits organizations that help special needs children in Louisville and Southern Indiana. This is the seventh year that the Fest of Ale has benefited the WHAS Crusade for Children Telethon. "You feel better donating your money knowing that it's going completely to a good cause," Antz said, who is a member of the IABR board. "The crusade has been such an integral part of our local area for years. It's so tied into what goes on in the metro area, and it's something we knew we wanted to help." Antz is one of several IABR board members who helps raise money for charity by organizing tasting events. There's another annual event in Kokomo every year as well, also organized by a package store owner. If you'd like more information about how to organize a charity tastings event, just contact IABR. Thanks to SoIN for sharing its cover art!
